Come enjoy a little time of solitude and meditation, where you can go deep within yourself to discover your core self and what you want to look forward to or accomplish in the next month.
The experience will begin with intention setting, a guided meditation while lying in savasana and then let go as you set out on a sound meditation journey complemented by the cosmic vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Tibetan Bowls, ocean drum , gongs and more! These healing frequencies work on a cellular level to calm your mind, body, and spirit as you release what no longer serves you, raise your vibration, and manifest your intentions.
During a Sound Journey you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. Benefits of a Sound Journey include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, improved immunity, as well as a renewed sense of well-being, calm, balance, connection, and overall happiness.
Prepare accordingly:
Drink plenty of water before and after
Arrive in the room 10 minutes prior to the start
Dress in layers so you are able to adjust your body temperature
Eat a full meal 2 hours before or a light snack if closer to the workshop start time
Many like to bring Crystals and a bottle of drinking water to be cleared and amplified by the powerful tones produced by the crystal bowlsIt is encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, or eye pillow to make yourself more comfortable as you will be lying down for 45 minutes.
