YOGA + MEDITATION

OPEN TO ALL | EVERY BODY WELCOME

At BE YOGA, we honor the individuality of every body and every practice.

Rooted in traditional yogic philosophy, our offerings explore a variety of disciplines, from Hatha-Raja and Dharma Yoga to Kundalini, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and self-study, yoga invites us to cultivate strength, flexibility, awareness, and a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you’re seeking movement, stillness, personal growth, or simply a place to begin, there is space for you here.

Every practice is an invitation to return to yourself.

  • HATHA-RAJA YOGA

Balance the Body. Quiet the Mind.

Hatha-Raja Yoga brings together the physical practices of Hatha Yoga with the meditative and philosophical teachings of Raja Yoga.

Through intentional postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), concentration, and meditation, this practice encourages physical strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity.

Hatha-Raja Yoga invites practitioners to explore the relationship between movement and stillness, cultivating greater awareness of the body while creating space for a calmer, more centered mind.

Rather than focusing on how a posture looks, the practice encourages us to become more present with how we feel.

  • DHARMA YOGA

    Movement. Devotion. Self-Discovery.

Rooted in classical Hatha-Raja Yoga, Dharma Yoga is a heart-centered practice inspired by the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra.

Combining traditional yoga postures, conscious breathing, meditation, and yogic philosophy, Dharma Yoga encourages practitioners to explore their physical capabilities while cultivating compassion, concentration, and self-awareness.

The practice emphasizes the connection between physical movement and spiritual development, inviting students to move beyond the external expression of yoga and toward a deeper understanding of themselves.

Through mindful effort, surrender, and self-study, Dharma Yoga becomes an opportunity to practice with intention both on and off the mat.

  • KUNDALINI YOGA

    Awaken Awareness. Cultivate Vitality.

Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and rhythmic practices to explore the relationship between physical vitality, mental awareness, and inner energy.

Often incorporating repeated movements, dynamic breathing techniques, and the chanting of mantras such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity,” this practice invites participants to develop greater awareness of their internal experience.

Kundalini Yoga offers opportunities to explore concentration, emotional awareness, and the connection between breath, movement, and consciousness.

Each practice encourages curiosity, self-discovery, and a deeper connection with your authentic self.

  • YIN YOGA

    Slow Down. Soften. Surrender.

Yin Yoga is a slow, contemplative practice that invites us to explore stillness through gently held postures.

Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin emphasizes longer holds, often supported by props, allowing time to explore comfortable sensations in the muscles, joints, and surrounding connective tissues.

Through mindful breathing and sustained awareness, Yin Yoga encourages patience, introspection, and a willingness to soften rather than push.

This practice offers an opportunity to slow the pace of everyday life, observe the mind, and cultivate a deeper relationship with the body.

Yin reminds us that sometimes growth happens not through doing more, but through allowing ourselves to simply be.

  • RESTORATIVE YOGA

    Rest. Restore. Receive.

Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice designed to support relaxation through fully supported postures, gentle breathing, and intentional stillness.

Using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other props, the body is comfortably positioned to minimize physical effort and encourage rest.

Unlike Yin Yoga, which may involve mild, sustained sensations, Restorative Yoga prioritizes ease, comfort, and support.

This nurturing practice offers space to unwind, reduce everyday stress, and invite the nervous system toward a calmer state.

Restorative Yoga reminds us that rest is not something we need to earn. It is an essential part of caring for ourselves.

  • MEDITATION + PRANAYAMA

    Breathe. Observe. Reconnect.

Meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing practices) are foundational elements of yoga, inviting us to explore awareness beyond physical movement.

Through guided meditation, conscious breathing, concentration, and moments of stillness, these practices encourage a deeper understanding of our thoughts, emotions, and internal experiences.

Breathwork can support relaxation, focus, and greater awareness of the connection between body and mind.

Meditation invites us to observe without judgment, creating space between our experiences and our reactions.

Together, these practices offer tools for cultivating presence, self-awareness, and a more intentional relationship with everyday life.

YOUR PRACTICE. YOUR JOURNEY.

At BE YOGA, there is no single way to experience yoga.

Some days, your practice may invite strength and movement. Other days, it may ask for stillness, reflection, or rest.

We encourage you to explore, remain curious, honor your individual needs, and discover the practices that support you through the different seasons of life.

Every one + every body deserves to feel seen, supported, and loved.

HOLISTIC WELLNESS + SACRED PRACTICES

EXPLORE. CONNECT. RESTORE.

At BE YOGA, wellness extends beyond the physical practice of yoga.

Through meditation, sound, energy work, sacred ceremony, and intentional rest, our offerings invite you to explore different pathways toward relaxation, self-awareness, and personal connection.

Each experience is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and honor your individual journey.

Whether you’re seeking deep rest, meaningful reflection, or a shared experience, you’re invited to explore what resonates with you.

  • YOGA NIDRA

    Conscious Rest. Deep Awareness.

Yoga Nidra, often translated as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites the body into deep relaxation while cultivating awareness.

Traditionally practiced in a comfortable resting position, Yoga Nidra guides participants through techniques such as body awareness, breath observation, visualization, and intention setting.

As the physical body settles into stillness, the practice creates space to explore the relationship between conscious awareness, thoughts, emotions, and the deeper layers of ourselves.

Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, encourage relaxation, and cultivate a greater understanding of your internal experience.

At its heart, Yoga Nidra is an invitation to awaken to the fullness of your life.

  • PRANA NIDRA

    Breath. Energy. Awareness.

Prana Nidra is a deeply meditative practice that brings together the restorative qualities of Yoga Nidra with an intentional exploration of prana, traditionally understood in yoga as vital life energy.

Through guided awareness, breath observation, visualization, and deep relaxation, participants are invited to explore their internal experience and the subtle relationship between breath, body, and energy.

The practice encourages an awareness of the body’s natural rhythms and offers opportunities to cultivate stillness, concentration, and a deeper sense of connection.

Prana Nidra may be experienced as a standalone meditation or complemented by the immersive vibrations of sound instruments, including the gong.

This contemplative practice invites you to move beyond the distractions of everyday life and reconnect with the quieter dimensions of yourself.

  • AROMATOUCH® TECHNIQUE

    Gentle Touch. Aromatic Relaxation.

The AromaTouch® Technique is a structured essential oil application method developed by doTERRA.

Combining gentle touch with the aromatic qualities of selected essential oils, this technique is designed to encourage relaxation and provide a nurturing sensory experience.

Essential oils are applied in a specific sequence to the back and feet using light, intentional touch.

The experience invites participants to slow down, release everyday tension, and enjoy a moment of calm and connection.

Each session offers an opportunity for rest, comfort, and mindful self-care.

  • CACAO CEREMONIES

Open the Heart. Set an Intention. Connect.

A cacao ceremony is a heart-centered experience that brings together ceremonial cacao, mindfulness, meditation, intention setting, and meaningful connection.

Inspired by ceremonial traditions associated with cacao in Mesoamerican cultures, contemporary cacao gatherings create space for reflection, gratitude, and personal exploration.

Ceremonial cacao is prepared and shared with intention, inviting participants to slow down, become present, and explore their inner experiences.

Depending on the gathering, ceremonies may incorporate guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, sound healing, or opportunities for shared reflection.

Whether experienced individually or within a group, a cacao ceremony offers a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself and cultivate meaningful connections with others.

  • REIKI + ENERGY WORK

    Restore Balance. Invite Stillness.

Reiki is a gentle, Japanese energy-based practice that encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of overall well-being.

Traditionally understood as working with universal life energy, Reiki sessions involve light touch or hands positioned just above the body.

During a session, participants are invited to rest comfortably while the practitioner offers a quiet, supportive environment for relaxation and reflection.

Reiki may be experienced independently or incorporated into personalized wellness sessions alongside meditation, sound healing, or other complementary practices.

Rooted in intention, compassion, and mindful presence, Reiki invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore a deeper sense of inner harmony.

  • BIOMAT® RELAXATION

    Warmth. Stillness. Rest.

Sometimes, the most meaningful thing we can do for ourselves is simply rest.

The BioMat® combines far-infrared warmth with an amethyst-based mat surface to create a soothing, heated resting experience.

During your session, you’re invited to settle comfortably onto the pre-warmed BioMat and enjoy uninterrupted time for relaxation.

Unlike a guided yoga or meditation session, this experience is self-directed, allowing you to rest, breathe, meditate, or simply enjoy the comforting warmth.

  • EVENTS + WORKSHOPS

    Explore. Learn. Connect.

BE YOGA events and workshops offer opportunities to deepen your practice, discover new perspectives, and connect with a welcoming community.

Through thoughtfully curated experiences, we bring together yoga, meditation, sound healing, sacred ceremony, self-study, and mindful exploration.

From seasonal gatherings and immersive workshops to collaborative experiences and special events, each offering invites you to step outside your everyday routine, nurture your curiosity, and create space for meaningful connection and personal growth.

Whether you’re exploring something new or returning to a familiar practice, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

SOUND HEALING + IMMERSIVE SOUND EXPERIENCES

Feel the Vibration. Experience the Stillness.

Sound healing is an immersive experience that invites deep relaxation through the intentional use of sound, vibration, and mindful awareness.

Each session is thoughtfully curated using a variety of instruments, which may include Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other resonant instruments.

As layers of sound unfold, participants are invited to rest comfortably, observe their internal experiences, and explore the relationship between sound, sensation, and awareness.

The vibrations and harmonics create an environment that may encourage relaxation, emotional reflection, and a greater sense of calm.

Sound experiences may be offered independently or combined with guided meditation, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, or other restorative practices.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Most sound journeys are experienced while resting comfortably in Savasana, although seated and supported positions are always welcome.

As the instruments are played, you may notice physical sensations, shifts in attention, emotional responses, or simply a deep sense of rest.

Every experience is unique.

There is no particular sensation, emotional response, or outcome you need to achieve.

You are invited to listen, receive, and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS

Participants often seek sound experiences to support relaxation, ease everyday stress, encourage restful sleep, cultivate mindfulness, and create space for emotional reflection.

Above all, sound offers an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

A SPACE TO BE YOURSELF

At BE YOGA, we recognize that wellness is not a destination or a single experience.

It’s an ongoing relationship with ourselves, shaped by our needs, intentions, and the different seasons of life.

Whether you come to move, breathe, rest, reflect, or connect, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Every one + every body deserves to feel seen, supported, and loved.

Be you. Be ALL of you.
